  IMPERSONATION IS A CRIME News :  Residents allegedly protested to a Muslim man Irfan running a dosa stand named “Shrinath," tore the eatery’s banners, and warned him to remove the stall from the market.  This is  according to an FIR filed at Mathura’s Kotwali police station. Our Take: IMPERSONATION is   an act of pretending to be another person for the purpose of entertainment or fraud. What does impersonate mean? : To impersonate, play, and act mean  to pretend to be somebody else . impersonate is used when someone tries to look and sound like another person as much as possible.  Is impersonation a crime? : Section 416 in The Indian Penal Code .
